Our Process
1Consultation and Site Visit
Meeting onsite to gather a clear picture of your ideas, wish list items and review any relevant issues of your property. We will take measurements and photos to help create a proposal for your needs.
2The Proposal
Once we have all the information that we need, we will present you with a proposal that includes the estimated cost, design, product types, colours, and any other relevant information that is required to complete your project for your review. If approved, a deposit is then made to secure the project.
3Project Coordination
We will take care of the ordering of your materials, securing locates and permits where needed, coordinating any specialty trades. Everyone is informed of the plan to make the installation flow smoothly.
4Landscape Construction
This is where it all comes together. We do our best to keep the disruption and mess to a minimum during construction. If you have any questions or changes you can feel free to talk to us at any time.
5Project Walk Thru
At the completion of your project, we will do a walk-thru with you to ensure nothing has been missed and that you are satisfied with the work done. If anything has been missed we will promptly complete that task.
6Project Completion
Once the project is complete we will do a final walk-thru and present the final invoice. You can now enjoy the enhancement of your property.
